April to May

I think I need to update more, by posting almost everyday. I can so I should. Some of the little thing each day.. you might be interested in. Or maybe not. We don’t have kids so we don’t have any on those cute stories to tell, but hell.. I’m funny! At least I think so  O.o
April started off with my Mother-In-Laws Birthday. Unfortunately Justin and I weren’t able to celebrate with her because we were in Moab.
Theres a few cousins with bdays this month.. umm.. this month went by fast.
Saturday is my birthday! Yippeee!! Okay so it’s not really that exciting.. but I am hoping to hangout with a bunch of friends Friday or Saturday night.
I am going to buy myself a pair of new shoes with my paycheck, because its been a few years since I have gotten new shoes. The old pair makes my feet hurt. No fun. And I may also buy myself a massage. Yup, finally gonna do it. I usually cant justify spending $$ on one, but I think I can this time. 🙂
Well, its time for me to get the day started with some food.

April to May

Just say YES

On making decisions: “If someone asks you a question and the answer is not a fast yes or a fast no, just say yes. If the reason you can’t do it isn’t clear in your mind the minute they say something, do it. No question. Because whatever made you hesitate can probably be overcome.” -Mur Lafferty

Just say YES

March Madness, Moab, Money, Mother Nature, Peeps

Here’s what’s new with us..
Justin and I went to Moab from Mar 31 – Apr 3 for the annual Jeep Safari.
This is our 3rd year going and my parents have been going for a few more years.
This year there were more people going than seats available in my Dad’s Cherokee so they rented a really sweet 2009 Jeep Rubicon. Yeah, guess what I drove..
The trip was pretty fun. My Newlywed friend Erika and her new hubby were also down there on their Honeymoon. Justin and I didn’t get a chance to hangout with them like I wanted, but we will definitely make it up to them.
When we go to Moab we go with a family that used to live in the neighborhood whom my parents also had a business relationship with. The only thing that really bugged me this year, and honestly past years, is that whenever I am around the two youngest kids.. I immediately want a hysterectomy. They make me not want kids THAT bad.
Justin and my mom have to remind me that it’s the way the kids are raised and that my kids will behave because I will not put up with it.

March weekends were pretty busy this month.
Two bridal showers on the 6th.
Mary Kay conference 19th – 20th.
Sister-in-law wedding and reception on the 20th.
Rehearsal dinner for Erika’s wedding on the 25th.
Erika’s wedding on the 26th.
and then out of town on the 31st.
Yeah, I am a little glad March is over.

April is the month where I really get my butt in gear.
I have decided that I need to sell some Mary Kay products to make some money. It’s the fastest, legit way to make as much money as I want.
There is a six month plan to follow to make $10,000 in a month. WOW! Can you imagine that kind of income?!?! School debt and car.. PAID OFF a hell of  a lot quicker.
But here’s the dilemma.. I have no booking for Skin Care Classes/Parties. And this is why April is my momentum month. If you live in Dallas you know that every July/August thousands of MK consultants flood the convention center for Seminar. This year they have changed to where there are less seats. I didn’t earn the chance to register for Seminar this month so I have to wait until May 1, and I will only get a seat if it’s not sold out already.
I also have challenged myself to facial 30 people and place a $600 wholesale order (Xtreme Team!!!) by the end of April to prove to myself that I need to go to Seminar.
Basically.. Here we go!!

If you want pictures on here, let me know. Leave a comment. I do have pictures, I just haven’t uploaded enough for that process to really make sense to me.

Right now it’s snowing outside. Wait I just looked.. Mother Nature took a break. Hopefully thats all we get because its freakin’ spring!! It better not snow in May or I’ll… skip my birthday! There.. That’s going against Mother Nature, right?

Justin and I have talked about when we want to have little ones. Conclusion: Not yet. We know, of course, that they might come when we arent expecting or planning on it, but we  agreed on a due date between Febuary-ish to October-ish. We dont want to go broke around all the big holidays at the end of the year.

I’ll end on this note.. I ♥Peeps.
